An alumni of Bishop Cotton School , Shimla and the founder of The Achievers Programme (TAP) is an entrepreneur in education.  He has a strong interest in self development, leadership and emotional coaching, and has helped numerous teenagers by offering mentoring workshops on life skills, through TAP, in schools across India .
Taranvir is passionate about bringing about the much needed change to education needed for the information age.  Through TAP he has done innovative  work in areas of teachers training, curriculum development and outdoor experimental learning.  Since June 1994 he, along with his team, have developed and conducted self development and life skill programmes for over 13000 teachers and students in some of the leading Day & Boarding Schools in India .
He  is a Hotel Management   graduate  from The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology in New-Delhi.  He uses this knowledge working  full time networking across the globe, and organizing leading educationists' visits, who then run professional growth programmes for the schools.
Taranvir is a keen traveller and loves to play golf whenever he finds time

Margaret was educated in a Girls' Independent Bording School in England, became a Primary School Headteacher and  was Head of Departments in Secondary and  Special Schools .  She then became a School Inspector for ten years and led inspection teams across England Currently she is an Assessor in England and an Education Consultant internationally , training teachers in Qatar , Algeria and has also trained over 17,00 teachers in India since September 2006.
